Is IPX7 just as waterproof as IP67?

Yes, both have the same level 7 waterproofing. The key difference is IP67 also protects against dust, while IPX7 doesn’t have any dust protection.

How to Improve Bass and Treble?

Q40 HD offers balanced sound. Use the 10-band EQ to boost bass (60Hz, 150Hz) and treble (10kHz, 16kHz), or try Adaptive EQ via the PeatsAudio app. Enable LDAC mode on supported devices for richer details, and ensure snug fit for full bass.

Will my music still work if my device doesn’t support LDAC?

While non-LDAC devices will default to standard Bluetooth audio quality, you’ll still experience well-balanced and clear sound reproduction through our expertly tuned drivers.

Why Don’t the Volume Buttons Respond Quickly?

Short-press the +/- buttons for about 0.5 seconds, then release to adjust volume — rapid tapping may not register. Default volume is set for safe listening; increase gradually using “+” or adjust on your phone or music app.

Why Do the Earbuds Feel Large or Slip Out?

The larger earbud housings are designed to fit the drivers, so some protrusion is normal. Use larger ear tips for better stability. Best suited for walking or light exercise; not ideal for side-sleeping or intense workouts.
