5）Swing arm posture, stride length, body shape, road surface smoothness, uphill and downhill will also affect the step count
6) If the above reasons are ruled out, and the error of the pedometer is more than 10%, then it may be the fault of the acceleration sensor. Please con tact us for help.

1). Reset the watch first: Setting–System–Reset 2). Close the bluetooth in the phone setting and then open again. 3). Bind the watch in the app of your phone(must bind it in phone app, not in phone setting)
